After a six-month renovation, the venue was reborn as a perfect combination of artisan roastery, café-bar, and Italian restaurant. Alessandro Guzzo, owner and driving force behind the project, transformed the former warehouse into an in-house coffee roastery, giving the space an authentic, warm character deeply connected to coffee tradition. Alessandro’s passion for hand-roasted coffee has become the heart of the venue.
