1957
Aged just 22, Giorgio Coletti founded the company, backed by refrigeration experience that began when he was only 12. Initially, it was just a small workshop in Conegliano (TV) for repairing refrigeration units.
However, the company quickly grew and began constructing cold rooms for meat, refrigerated cabinets, and bespoke butcher’s counters.
1959
Within a few years, the company expanded abroad thanks to word-of-mouth: the first orders for ice-cream display counters arrived from Germany, Austria, and Holland.
1975
The company relocated to San Vendemiano and the first facility of the current headquarters was built. In the following years, the complex grew to over 10,000 m² of workspace, with a large showroom added alongside the central production site.
2004 - 2011
Coletti joined the IFI group, which specialises in display cases and technologies for storing food, beverages, and ice cream.
2013
Umberto Coletti, the founder’s son, took the helm of the company. His leadership reaffirmed his father’s vision: that of a business built on the symbiosis between craft-based manufacturing and industrialised production, ensuring high quality standards.
2016
Giorgio and Stefano, sons of Umberto Coletti, officially join the company. Giorgio oversees the production department, while Stefano manages commercial relations with clients.
2025
Coletti continues to invest in team training, including the hiring of new qualified personnel. We also invest in digital evolution, new technologies, and the search for ideas and inspiration from around the world. The goal is always to keep up with a dynamic, demanding, and global market.
