Cucina Italiana Restaurant

For Cucina Italiana in Nuremberg, we handled the bespoke furnishing of the restaurant, particularly the entire indoor dining area.

The bar counter is the absolute focal point of the space: it features an elegant white marble top which, paired with wooden side panels, creates a refined contrast. For the rest of the furnishings, we used natural wood, which adds warmth and makes the setting welcoming. The details, on the other hand, are made from metal: used particularly in certain inlays, this introduces a modern and industrial touch.

The colour palette, composed of neutral and pastel shades, also plays a precise role in conveying a sense of freshness and cleanliness.

The soft lighting, meanwhile, was meticulously planned to achieve a relaxing and intimate ambiance, perfect for fully enjoying the culinary experience.

As is often the case with more complex projects, the customer also entrusted us with the fit-out of the kitchen laboratory, complete with professional equipment: ice-cream machines, ovens, blast chillers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and industrial cold rooms. We selected the supplied tools and designed their installation to ensure maximum functionality, performance, and plant efficiency.
