Buonissimo Nürnberg 2

This ice-cream parlour furnishing project concerns Buonissimo in Nuremberg, which belongs to one of the biggest ice-cream parlour groups in Germany.

One of the objectives set by the customer was to optimise the spaces. For this reason, we placed the ice-cream counter on the ground floor, making it functional for staff and welcoming for customers. We positioned the laboratory on the mezzanine level. Thanks to this solution, we were able to ensure operational efficiency without compromising the elegance of the design and the ambiance.

The venue’s colour palette, established by the group, features very natural tones: beige, green, white, and pastels. Chosen to convey the authenticity and freshness of the raw materials, as well as the high quality of the product offered, these colours characterise all of the "Buonissimo" brand venues.

This overall sense of naturalness is reinforced by the extensive use of wood: found in the flooring, the ceiling, the furniture, and the elaborate wall panelling.
